Our impossible story
I founded itD (innovate transform Deliver) to be the company that was impossible to find when I was running teams at big tech brands like Apple and Cisco. Most consultancies charged enormous fees and lacked agility. Worse, they didn’t have the breadth of insight and deep expertise needed to solve the toughest business and technical challenges.
I noticed a cultural gap in how traditional firms operated. It inspired me to find a better way to meet the needs of both clients and team members.
As a female founder, the journey was long, and extremely challenging. But I used that experience to create a wholly different kind of company, one designed to solve the most difficult issues facing businesses today. itD provides diverse and inclusive ways of thinking that deliver far better results.
